Added Abandon Hope back in
Added 10 ep for each Enlightened Foe to rewards for each scenario.
Allowed spawning EFs at the beginning of round 1. This greatly speeds up the late campaign, which was previously a slog if you were ready to just fight enlightened foes.
Replaced Stutter with Twist of Fate.
Buffed Deja Vu.
