Delirium28: Excursions Version 0.1.12

Retitled to Delirium28: Excursions, to differentiate from the upcoming Incursions, which depicts four dimensional dogfights with 2x5" and 2x2" models on a 24"×24" table. 

Gave unenlightened foes alternating activations. 

Enlightened Foes still activate after every player model activation.

Made player deck face up.

Edited fatalist reveries to activate based on the top card of either deck or either discard.

Changed fatalist reveries to not require line of sight, since they require careful timing to cause damage.

Gave Titan 7+ Clumsiness and 7+ Anxiety to prevent it from getting wedged between terrain.

Changed other Enlightened Foe Anxieties to 5+.
