Vaibbahk Speaks: An Oracle

This rough piece of code randomly generates vaibbahk utterances following the spirit of the technique found on pages 194-195 of the book found here: https://alleywurds.itch.io/vaibbahk

The grammar of the language makes each word something like a tarot spread. This means that this software works sort of like a tarot app, except that it generates new tarot spreads each time, and not just random selections of cards.
